A destination may lack a trusted local partner. Existing reporting may not answer a location-specific question. Conditions may have changed faster than the network supporting the client.
Emporos provides a senior adviser for the defined requirement: to assess, prepare, coordinate or support the client on the ground for as long as the assignment requires.
To your specification
The commissioning firm sets the brief, applicable standards, reporting format, client sensitivities and limits of authority.
Emporos works to those requirements and can deliver:
destination-specific assessment and first-hand verification;
advance work before the client’s arrival;
assessment and briefing of proposed local providers;
local liaison and coordination through a critical phase;
defined specialist contextual or fact-finding work.
Reports go to the commissioning firm alone unless otherwise agreed.
Under your direction, or independently
Emporos can operate as an extension of the firm’s team, within its existing processes and, where appropriate, under its name.
A firm may also commission Emporos to provide a defined independent workstream for its own client, with the reporting line and authority agreed in advance.
In either case, the firm retains the client relationship. Emporos does not solicit or approach the firm’s clients.
Independence from local providers
Emporos accepts no commission, mark-up, referral fee or other benefit from the local providers it assesses, recommends or coordinates.
The purpose is straightforward: the assessment of a provider or arrangement should serve the client’s requirements, not the supplier’s commercial interests.
Any associate, local partner or subcontractor brought into the assignment is identified and agreed in advance.
Engagement models
Assignments range from a single assessment or field visit to a short deployment, framework agreement or call-off arrangement for recurring requirements.
Each engagement has a defined scope, reporting line, duration and authority to act.
